Fukuoka Chuo Ward 3-star Hotels

Hotel location is centred between downtown Tenjin and Nakasu. Very walkable to all top Ramen places in Fukuoka. Hotel building was constructed in 2020 and was relatively clean and comfy. Good value. Approved by a fellow Malaysian.

Close proximity to convenience stores and parking lots. The room is small but comfortable. The bed is good for sleeping. The front desk could be a little more friendly, but they were efficient with check in and check out. Pretty good choice for stay in Tenjin area.

Superb breakfast with very fresh and generous amount of vegetables, free flow of bubbling wine, pizza and dessert. Even if you do not buy breakfast, they will give you a coupon to redeem smoothie in the morning. Excellent location and very clean and tidy. Staff are polite and helpful. I will be back... :-)

Everything was frictionless! Convenient location where it wasn’t hectic, staff was always helpful, cute little touches like welcome wine every evening and delicious breakfast offer. The only thing I wondered if it could be improved might be the lounge amenities. But depending on your usual clientele maybe this suffices.

A mediocre stay for a morning arrival flight. The hotel offers free luggage storage service, which is probably the only thing that makes this overnight stay worthwhile. The location is not so bad either. It's a walking distance to subway station and some other shopping places. The washlet control in our room is kinda broken and we're too tired to run to Front and report the issue. No comment on the room size. The air con is kept somewhere around 26-27 C during our stay in mid April and we're sweating. All in all, if you are just looking for a place to sleep, take shower that's located near the subway, this is the place.

I had a reservation mix up with a hotel I had originally booked to stay in, and so I hurriedly found Lyf with an empty room and booked it on my day of arrival at the hotel (with no prior research) ✅ Located between Tenjin & Yakuin station many shopping centers and restaurants are 10-15min walking distance ✅ Clean room, basic amenities provided ✅ If you aren’t a member of IHG and sign up on your arrival, you will receive a welcome drink coupon & 1 hr late checkout ✅ Chromecast available ✅ Coin washing & drying machine ✅ Lends umbrellas when rainy ✅ Luggage to airport service starting 500yen for afternoon flights available 🚨Extremely extremely tiny room (two people can’t stand shoulder to shoulder & barely any space to move around) *booked double bed, 2 people 🚨Room is so small that if you take a hot shower, the whole room will become humid and stuffy 🚨Room isn’t cleaned unless requested + YOU need to go down to the lobby to pick up extra towels & amenities 🚨Thin walls 🚨Shared common area can’t be considered sanitary. Overall. Well located hotel with uncomfortably tiny, but clean room. Is it worth the price? 🤷🏻♀️

We stayed for 4 nights in residential room which provides kitchen facilities (we only used the kettle) as well as washer/dryer (which we used often and really grateful for this service). We stayed here too about a week ago and hotel provides free luggage storage (for our large suitcase) for our 2nd check in. Location is excellent with bus terminal and subway station very close by. Also surrounded by department stores, restaurants as well as Yatai. Reception staff always so attentive; they were also able to book us a taxi to the airport for our morning flight. Will definitely stay here for my future trips to Fukuoka.

Facilities: Clean and tidy, convenient self-service check-in Hygiene: The bedding is very good, and there are no dead corners for hygiene Environment: Ichiran Ramen Headquarters is just across the Tenjin Bridge, and the subway Airport Line is not far away. There is a bus stop opposite, and you can go to the Fukuoka Museum of Art Service: Japanese service is fine, very good

I loved this hotel . The two ladies at reception were fantastic and allowed me to check in really early . They were really kind and gave me free breakfast tickets . For the price the hotel is perfect , Ita not five star but for a budget hotel it ticks all the boxes . The location. Is great and everything is walkable . The room has everything you need , it was quiet and I slept well . I had a great time and would stay here again . Thank you ladies for your kindness . 7/11 on the premises also make it very convenient .

Genuinely enjoyed my stay. The front desk was friendly, with great amenities provided in the lobby. It was centrally located with a convenient bus stop at the entrance. The building felt modern. The room was clean and didn’t have any odors. It was pretty compact but good enough since it was just me, although a large piece of luggage would get in the way. The bathtub was also not full-size, but I made do. The cleaning lady was sweet and met my needs. I had the do not disturb sign and she’d just leave fresh towels and water at my door. No fitness area.
