This was the most incredible hotel I’ve ever been to. The staff are so attentive and helpful and friendly. There are so many things to do and eat and the food quality is top notch. They have a beautiful view of mt. Fuji as well. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!

Very good. The hotel is very considerate and provides makeup remover, facial cleanser, lotion and hair spray. Basically, you don't need to prepare too many things to move in. Very clean.

The staff provided excellent service, explaining the hotel facilities in detail and using their mobile phones to translate when there was a language barrier! Besides, everyone was smiling! The room is very clean and has plenty of supplies! The view towards Mount Fuji is spectacular! Parking is outside the hotel, very convenient!

Room is very luxurious but Mt Fuji was clouded during our stay. Hotel grounds are lovely. Dinner service in room was very good. Breakfast spread is big but quality not fantastic as with most buffets.
