Almont Inn Shonan Fujisawa

The bedding quality was quite poor, offering no support. The location, however, was excellent, very close to L.E. Junior. There are many shops and supermarkets nearby. The lighting was very bad. Breakfast was very good, which was its biggest selling point.

I stayed for two nights and was very satisfied. Right outside, there's a large Lawson and a 7-Eleven, which was super convenient. I could pop out to grab things every evening and morning before heading out. There's also an izakaya nearby that's highly recommended by many users on Xiaohongshu. It's very close to Fujisawa Station, and there's also Opa and Happy department stores nearby. The room wasn't huge, but the value for money was exceptional. It's small but has everything you need, and the service was excellent. On my first day, I accidentally left a bag at the front desk. I was just about to go down to retrieve it when the front desk staff already brought it up to my room. I was really touched by that.

Excellent value for money! I stayed in a 500-yen hotel in Yokohama the night before, and this room is just as good, if not better. It's only a few minutes' walk from the station, which is super convenient. From the station, it's a 30-minute ride to Kamakura, making it a great base for exploring. Fujisawa is such a quiet and comfortable place, the landlady is welcoming, and the accommodation is affordable. A true hidden gem, no need to say more.

Overall, it was great! The only minor issues were that the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow sometimes in the evenings, and for the laundry room, you definitely need to bring five 100-yen coins. The vending machine nearby doesn't accept the new 1000-yen bills, so you can't get change there.

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the station, making it super convenient for getting around and visiting attractions. The room was clean and well-maintained, the staff were polite and friendly, and it was quiet and good for sleeping. I felt very secure staying here during my trip. Highly recommend!
