部屋の広さ、コスパ、清潔感、接客、朝食の時間・内容、立地、サービス、アメニティ、大浴場もあり大満足です。強いて言うなら、部屋に人数分の水があったら嬉しいです。(薬やサプリを飲むときや、夜中に喉が乾いたときに、買って用意しておけばいいんですが、あればありがたいです)

The hotel is close to Fujinomiya JR station and there is a large AEON nearby. Although it is relatively quiet, it is convenient for transportation. JR and buses are nearby. There are also several restaurants. The only thing I bought is that I can see Mount Fuji. Nothing else matters.

The front desk staff make the biggest impression, so I think a smile + creates a much better atmosphere. It was a matter of course and simple, but I personally felt it was a shame.
We stayed in a double room, and were surprised for the first time that there was no humidifier. There were only two hangers, so it was disappointing as we had room for five hangers and even had winter coats. We negotiated to borrow a small humidifier and additional hangers, but we had to fill the bathtub and sink with water to humidify the air.
Breakfast was delicious. The staff greeted us with a smile despite their busy schedules, which made us feel very comfortable.
