Pros:
Central location only 10 minutes walking from Kawaguchiko station.
New building, everything is spotless, there’s 4 bedrooms with 2 shared showers, 2 shared toilets and washrooms in the common area.
Our twin room had view on the mt Fuji which was a surprise and had all we needed for one night.
Cons/suggestions:
Communication can be improved, providing check-in instructions before arrival considering there’s a self check-in on a tablet and you don’t meet anyone of the staff.
Hooks/Hangers just before the shower would be useful
Consider that the building is on a busy road.

Pros: The hotel is located 9 minutes walk from Kawaguchiko Station. The exterior wall is black. There is a noodle restaurant downstairs. The Lava Hot Spring is 750 meters away. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go there that day.
Cons: The hotel is self-service check-in. It takes a long time to operate it because I don't know how to operate it. The APP just happens to be unavailable, so I feel that the communication with the landlord is not as smooth as "Airbnb". Fortunately, the interface has Chinese;
The room is on the second floor. The stairs are steep and narrow, which is not very convenient for guests with heavy luggage.

I went to Fuji-Q Highland to meet up with a friend from Kofu whom I hadn't seen for a long time.
The hotel was conveniently located close to the station. And best of all, the price was great!
I booked a quadruple room, which was very spacious.
