Magnificent hotel with beautiful views of Fuji (if you're lucky with the weather). A bath on the balcony is just perfect for relaxation! We were on vacation with a 3-month-old baby. They carefully provided us with a crib and a baby bath for bathing! This is very valuable and nice! Friendly and caring staff, spacious, stylish, clean room! We only regretted that we only stayed there for 1 night. We'll definitely be back

As a result, I waited for 40 minutes and almost missed the return bus. The hotel has a shuttle bus but I didn't use it. 3. The hotel does not have dinner, and breakfast also needs to be booked a few days in advance. The hotel does not sell any food and supplies. When I arrived, there was nothing. I could only take a taxi to the convenience store to buy instant noodles. 4. There is basically no service. The hotel waiters are old and young, and they have no smiles throughout the whole process. Their English is very poor and it is impossible to communicate. 5. The price is expensive, more than 3,800 yuan a night, not including breakfast, except that the scenery is a little better. In fact, there is no need to stay here. The scenery of the small hotels nearby is equally good.
