The bathroom in the room has a smell that I can't describe, and the bathtub is a bit old. The view outside the window is pretty good. When the weather is good, you can see Mount Fuji. When the weather is bad, there are only white clouds over Mount Fuji. We live in the west building, room 302. The window is blocked, which affects the view. You can see it from the picture below. This was taken from the edge. If you look at Mount Fuji from the middle of the room, half of Mount Fuji is blocked, so don't take room 302 West.

Came here with great expectations. It was the first time in my life that I was discriminated against. How was the quilt in the room designed? Is it convenient for you to wash the quilt cover? Don't you consider the comfort of consumers? This is the first time I have seen such a quilt. If you put the 4 corners together, it will fall off when you sleep at night. It's really weird. The exhaust fan in the bathroom keeps making noises unless you unplug the card. It's so noisy and loud. It's really bad that I spent so much money. I will never come to Japan again.

I was quite nervous when I saw the reviews on Xiaohongshu at first. I was afraid that it was so expensive and I would make a mistake. But overall, I felt it was okay. It was worth it for the view of Mount Fuji. The hygiene was okay. The room was big, but the bed was really small. The dinner provided was beef shabu-shabu, which was quite filling and tasted okay. The service was also okay. You can get free pick-up and drop-off at Kawaguchiko Station, and the luggage will be delivered to the room.
