Hotel Mifujien

The service is very poor. It is probably the worst hotel in the surrounding area. There is no way to change the old style. The service is poor and the front desk is very poor. I don’t know how Ctrip chose such a hotel. The key is that the foreigners at the front desk are not very good at Japanese and can’t even understand

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in! I will not recommend it to anyone, don't stay here even if it's free!! The hotel did not clearly state that there would be an additional charge for children, but only stated that there might be an additional charge. We booked 300SGD for one night, and the shuttle bus driver asked me the age of the two children as soon as I got on. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was rude and said with a dark face that since the two children were over three years old, they had to pay an additional 300SGD even though we did not request an extra bed. Finally, we also gave an extra 300SGD. When we entered the hotel room, the facilities were old and the hygiene was poor. There were hairs on the bed. When I went to the bathroom to wash my feet, the bathroom sewer was blocked (as shown in the picture), and the sewage soaked my feet. After I told the receptionist, the receptionist asked someone to come up to check. I asked to change rooms, but the receptionist said there were no rooms. After that, two more staff members came up to check and said there was no way to solve the blockage problem. I asked to cancel the room or change rooms (we would rather use a high price to find a nearby hotel temporarily), but the staff refused again and again until two more staff members came up to check and said there was no way to solve the problem. The receptionist said that we could change rooms, but the new room could not see the lake view and Mount Fuji view at all. After that, the staff said that it was solved, the blockage problem was cleared and bleached, and said that we could live back in the original room, but I said that the bathroom was still smelly and it was impossible to live in this room. The staff said to change me to a new room. The facilities of this hotel are old and the hygiene is really poor. The attitude of the staff is very bad. At the beginning, they said there were no rooms, and then they said there were rooms. I really don’t want to stay even if I give you money! This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in! When I went to the bathroom to wash my feet, the bathroom drain went clogged (as shown in the pictures), sewage soaked my feet, I informed the reception, the reception found someone to come up to check, I asked to change rooms, the receptionist said no room. (I'd rather use a high price to find a nearby hotel) The staff repeatedly refused, until two more staff came up to check that there was no way to solve the problem, reception said they could change rooms, but the changed room could not see the lake and Mount Fuji view. The facilities of this hotel were dilapidated and old, the hygiene was really bad, the staff attitude was very bad. At first they said there was no room, then they said there was a room for us to change after confirming the issue cannot be fixed. It affected our experience and mood seriously. Please DO NOT choose this hotel even it’s free since you will definitely regret!
