The Japanese-style room is large, spacious, clean and tidy. Free hot spring bathing, both open-air and indoor (both public). The owner's car can pick you up at Kawaguchiko Station. (About 5-10 minutes) The hotel is right next to Kawaguchiko, and next door is the Yamanashi Gem Museum (ticket is RMB 30, very small, only one floor, with various gems on display) There are not many places to eat nearby, you have to walk about ten minutes away, there are ramen restaurants, and large supermarkets. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, breakfast must be booked the night before, the Japanese-style tray breakfast, the portion is relatively small)

Nowadays this kind of service attitude is really bad in Japan, breakfast Japanese set no coffee provided only water and tea. We said we could pay extra, the waiter said there was no requirement for us to buy it ourselves at the vending machine. But then seeing foreigners have coffee available for breakfast, we repeatedly asked again, they compiled that people had booked a year ago, nonsense and lies, and finally said they could provide it for us. Cost ¥300 a cup. We had been told earlier that we had intended to pay, really unpleasant experience, dilapidated hotel facilities, not recommended

Old hotel on the lake shore. Beautiful place. Pros: friendly staff, transfer to the station, onsen for guests, close to the lake.
Cons: one elevator, hard beds, old plumbing.

The hotel is a little far from the station and there is a hotel car service only from 9-10am.
The afternoon return trip requires an appointment, the room is clean and comfortable, the hot spring water is comfortable.
