Everything was excellent. There was plenty to do around the hotel even though it was raining most of the time we were there and couldn’t see Mt Fuji.

The view is really good, you can see the Mount Fuji every morning when you wake up. The morning hiking is highly recommended as the tour guide is really nice and the experience is good.

We are staying in F cabin cos there are 3 of us. Staff and service are great. Best glamping experience (we had Dutch oven dinner). I am lucky to see a glimpse of mt. Fuji from our room. Overall experience is lovely but not for the price I paid. Breakfast box is a must have.

Beautiful scenery. Best hotel experience. Many memorable moments. Dining on the balcony. Campfire. So fun!

Not bad. I basically stayed in the hotel for three days. I experienced different activities, made friends from all over the world, and ate venison for the first time in my life. It was a very good experience.

The location of the hotel is very good! The service is also excellent! The breakfast box was nice but basically the same both mornings. The Game meat Dinner was very good, with venison and wild boar cooked in the forest, a great experience. Mountain Shabu-shabu Hotpot is grilling over the fire and eating sukiyaki while looking at Mount Fuji. It’s great, but the quantity is a little less. Walking down from the hotel is Lake Kawaguchi and the view of Mount Fuji is unparalleled.

Access is inconvenient, except that you can have a better angle to see Mount Fuji.

Environment: The location is great, the balcony faces Mount Fuji🗻, the food for breakfast and dinner is fresh and delicious, the forest dinner, the environment is great. Check in at the reception desk of the hotel. The accommodation is on a hillside and the journey is steep. JEEP drives you to the service center. Service: The service attitude is very good. It is recommended to add a few more fluent English-speaking waiters at the reception desk to explain the hotel activities clearly. In addition, the seasons are different, and the activities need to be divided into time periods. When I encountered some hiccups during check-in, it was mainly due to the need for coordination between the agency company and Ctrip, and the follow-up was considered to be a satisfactory solution.
