The worst thing is the service staff. Be careful. There are five of us. When we left, we took the bus from Kawaguchiko at 9 o'clock. The circular bus was not running at that time, so we could only take a taxi. I asked him to help me book a car. The location is great with a great view of Mount Fuji. Although there is a house blocking the front of the yard, the slope of the roof of the house and the slope of Mount Fuji form a perfect picture. Beautiful parallel lines, a very unique perspective, very impressive. Mountain and lake views can be seen from both the first and second floors. I was so lucky that I saw Mount Fuji in the changing clouds and the lake as beautiful as a fairyland in the morning. Sitting in the room having breakfast and admiring Mount Fuji, it was really pleasant.
The villa area is right next to the lake, and you can see the stunning panoramic view of Mount Fuji. Take a walk around the lake and there are some very exquisite shops and coffee shops.
The service is very good, the bathroom is cleaned every day, and a convenient time to enter the room is determined in advance, which is considerate. The room is well-equipped with welcome snacks. Due to the heavy snowfall the day before, the highway was closed and we took the national highway. It was already 8:30 when we arrived, and the staff was still waiting patiently for us and explaining the use of the room facilities in detail. It feels wonderful.
Next time I go to Lake Kawaguchi, I hope to book another room and enjoy Mount Fuji from a different perspective.

We, a family of 4, stayed at the Ajisai unit for 2 nights. It was truly a memorable stay, right from the moment we stepped into the unit till we checked out. It was so welcoming and pleasant. The layout and furnishing of the unit was so practical and yet comfortable. Most pleasant was the unit comes with lots of windows and floor to ceiling glass on the ground floor which housed the living room, kitchen and dining area. Hence, the unit is always bright with plenty of sunshine. There are 2 large Bedrooms upstairs which were perfect for us. For us, the biggest plus factor was the view of Mt Fuji that the unit offered. You are able to marvel at the snow capped mountain all day long just by lounging in the living room. With the lake fronting the mountain, the view was absolutely gorgeous. There is a sizeable private patio and garden at the front belonging to the unit. We had our breakfast and barbecue dinner at the patio while marveling at the sight and the cool weather. This development is within the Oishi Park which is another bonus as the park comes with all types of colourful flowers. It is truly a perfect place for photography with flowers, trees, lake and Mt Fuji in the background. With a car, one can also drive along the edge of the lake which offers even more beautiful sights. It is truly a remarkable place that offered and excellent holiday experience.

Was staying in the Tsubaki Room on the second floor. Take note that there is no lift so it’s a walk up apartment. 2 rooms with a large living area, kitchenette and dining table. Perfect for 2 families with little children or one family of 4 adults. Great view of Fuji San and service counter folks are nice. Just beside the Oishi Park where many people take pictures. Parking lot avail for those who drive and 5-10mins away from all 3 convenience stores. It’s more like a chalet/apartment style rather than hotel although breakfast and dinner is provided.
