I was a little worried when I saw that the hotel had been under renovation for quite a long time, but when I arrived I found that the hotel facilities were well maintained, clean and tidy, and the hot springs were also very good. I was totally worried

Hotel provides free shuttle pickup at Kawaguchiko Station, just go to the Tourist Information Office and they will call for you. Breakfast and dinner are served well and delicious. Room has beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. After check out, hotel even help us to deliver our luggage to our next hotel ( in Kawaguchiko only). The only downside was the Onsen temperature was not hot and there’s no facial or body lotion provided.

The view of Mount Fuji is outside the window, and you can watch the sunrise and sunset in the room. The room is clean, Japanese style, and large enough. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. The service is very thoughtful. When you go out, they will ask where you are going and provide the corresponding bus schedule. There is a scheduled shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station. If you return to the hotel from Kawaguchiko Station, you can ask the staff at the tourist center to call the hotel to pick you up. There is a red line bus stop near the hotel, which is convenient for transportation. The hotel's hot spring is also very comfortable. A very good hotel.

The hotel provides pick-up from Kawaguchiko Station. After arrival, you can contact the hotel through tourist info to arrange a car to pick you up at the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel room faces Mount Fuji and the view is great. I would especially like to praise the staff for being very proactive in hospitality. For example, they took the initiative to help take photos, and offered to help deliver the stored luggage to Kawaguchiko Station at the agreed time when checking out, saving us the steps and time of going back to the hotel to pick up the luggage and then going to the train station. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We came to Kawaguchiko to watch the fireworks. The Japanese-style hot spring hotel with a lake view and Mount Fuji view exceeded our expectations. It is one of the few hotels we have stayed in with large rooms, quiet air conditioning and good sound insulation.
The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station, which takes about 8 minutes by car and about 30 minutes on foot. The hotel contacted us several times before we checked in to inform us how to take the shuttle bus and precautions (for example, there is no convenience store near the hotel). The service is very thoughtful.
