一家很不錯的日式旅館。
丸榮位於河口湖綠線巴士的線路上，跟那些網紅酒店不在一個方向。
優點是比較僻靜。旁邊就是八木崎公園，夏天也有薰衣草。
缺點是周邊沒啥商店，以及如果想去各個博物館，就得先回到河口湖站去坐紅線巴士。以及因為在湖的另一側，看不到湖景富士山。
我們住的是湖景房，湖景很美，能看到天晴號遊船、快艇等在湖面駛過。屋裡看不到富士山，想看富士山需要去樓頂展望台，或者5樓的私湯，或面向富士山的露天温泉。我們是7月下旬入住，入住當天白天一直有雲，下午5點多雲散了，看到了富士山。第二天早上7點前又清晰看到了富士山，然後就又慢慢被雲擋住了。
我選擇這家酒店的主要原因是評價説晚飯比較好吃。確實很豐盛，刺身、牛肉味道不錯，湯好喝，吃得很撐。
一樓有個商店，售賣富士山相關紀念品，可以看看有沒有中意的。

Maruei Ryokan is located on the shore of Lake Kawaguchi, Mount Fuji. The rooms have lake views, and Mount Fuji can be seen from the 6th floor observation deck. Hotel was for from Kawaguchi go station. Staff service was excellence. Most of staff can speak English which was great. However amenity was abit unclear from picture. Bath was too small, could not fit me.

The Japanese hotel itself that we expected
Friendly staff, old but clean Japanese tatami room, neatly prepared meals, hot spring, good view
The accommodation fee is expensive, but it seems worth it. Especially, the view from the rooftop observatory and the open-air bath on the 5th floor is very good, so if you stay here, I recommend you visit them.
I brought my mother, and I was satisfied, and she was very satisfied.
Please note that most rooms have a lake view, and the open-air bath on the 5th floor with a view of Mt. Fuji is used by women from 6 to 10 p.m., so it is difficult for men to use it.

It was perfect. The Japanese-style room was neither too old nor too new, and the tatami mattress was not too hard. The private hot spring bath was very comfortable. The dinner was the icing on the cake. The taste was amazing and the portion was generous.

Hotel is incredibly cool! Located quite far from Kawaguchico station, but I would recommend to take a walk to it - the way takes about 25-30 minutes and it is very relaxing with fantastic views of Fuji. For the way back, if it’s needed, after check out you can take a free transfer bus to the station. We took a room in traditional style, and it is amazing experience! Kaiseki supper and breakfast are exciting, service is excellent! Public bath is not tattoo friendly, so we couldn’t use it, but we booked private bath while checking in and it was a great experience as well.
Hotel has an observation roof where you can see both Fuji and Kawaguchiko lake. I wish we have stayed for longer, but had not much time and booked only one night.

Most of the rooms in the hot spring hotel face Lake Kawaguchi. You can only see Mount Fuji from the open air. The hotel also has a large public bath on the first floor. To enjoy the open air hot spring, you have to go to the 5th floor, which is a bit inconvenient. The hotel environment and facilities are well maintained. The staff is very polite and it is worth staying again.
