Great location next to Oishi Park giving access to the area in early mornings and late evenings when there are very few people around. Run by a sweet & helpful couple who run the Yamazaki shop opposite the property (and so are accessible 8am-8pm).

I have stayed here three times already and would love to stay here again on my next visit to this area. I really like this m place as it is very close to Oishi Park on the shores of Lake Kawaguchi. The villa is simple yet very cozy and clean.

とても素敵な貸別荘です！
今回で3年連続の利用でしたが、例年通り快適に滞在させていただきました。
建物自体がとてもきれいで、掃除もとてもちゃんとされてます。
備品も洗面所やトイレにペーパータオルがあったり、使い捨てフェイスタオルがあったりの充実ぶりで、もちろん食器もしっかり揃ってます。
今回は鍋をしたかったので相談したところ、当然のごとく鍋とコンロのレンタルがありました！
本当に不満のかけらもない素敵な貸別荘です！！
また、ぜひ利用させていただきます。

さすがの大石荘です！
昨年に続き、GWに友達と利用させていただきました。
建物もきれいで、掃除もばっちり、食器など必要なものもすべてそろってますし、めちゃくちゃ快適な貸別荘です！
バーベキューの機材一式をレンタルすると、コンロやテーブル、タープなども全部セッティングして頂いているので、こちらも全くストレスなしで楽しめます。
また是非利用させていただきたいと思います。

Excellent holiday home
What a wonderful holiday home. New and fresh, photos don’t do it justice. Lots of space, bedrooms are upstairs - 2 bedrooms each with 4 single beds so could accommodate a large group.
Few minutes walk to the lake with fabulous views of Mt Fuji and close to Oishi park. You can see Mt Fuji from the holiday house and it had a little deck (but no table/chairs). Really quiet area.
No washer/dryer which was the only negative. House is managed by the shop across the road which is where you check in so you can walk over there if you need anything. So if you don’t have any communication from them beforehand, just go to the shop.
Loved this place. Perfect for family wanting space and quiet. Best to have a rental car, which I would suggest for the general area anyway as there is lots to see and do away from the tourist areas.
