I usually go camping, but I thought it would be a bad idea to judge something before I've tried it, so I tried glamping for the first time. I was very satisfied with my stay in terms of location, cleanliness, food, and how the staff treated me. Two meals were included, but dinner in particular was so much that you would have had to be really hungry to finish it. The toilets and inside the tents were also very clean, and even though it was a cold winter stay, the heating was on and it was very comfortable. The staff were also friendly, and I brought my dog with me, so thank you for treating him so kindly. I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity. Thank you.

There are many other better choices around the area considered the price of this camp is on the high side. There are no toilet inside the dome so it could be a concern for some people. Will not stay again as I think it’s overpriced.

From the moment we arrived I felt like we received white glove service. The staff was friendly and spoke multiple languages, inc English. Checking in was super easy for us. They have reserved bath / shower time for the limited shower space but it works & the showers/bath was very nice. We cooked dinner with the supplies given and would definitely come back in the near future. It was a memorable experience with great views of mt Fuji!
