The room is quite small. There is dust under the bed. The bathroom is spacious. Compared to the price, it is acceptable.

Not bad but room for improvement
Overall you get what you pay for, probably the cheapest options in the area. Room is basic but super nice bathroom, big bathtub, strong water pressure and clean bathroom. However, it would be better if they can improve the room smell. I think they tried by placing with some air freshener inside the room. But there’re some damped smells, which stinks all my clothes and towels even they are in my luggage.
Location wise- close to the shop strews and there’s a drugstore opened until midnight next door, or even only 5 minutes walk to the nearest MaxValue supermarket.
To top that, excellent Mount Fuji view in the early morning from the rooftop!

掃除がされてない。部屋に入ってゴミが落ちてる。前の客が使用したであろうタオル等が床に置いたまま。隣の音は丸聞こえ。スタッフ等はいない。何かあればこちらに連絡して下さいの番号にかけても誰も出ない。

ベッドの間にあるキャビネットの引き出しの中にゴキブリの死体がありました。
また引き出しを引き出したら戻らなくなりました。
Wi-Fiは部屋の扉付近に行けば少しだけ使えましたがすぐに切れました。ベッドでは全く使えませんでした。
チェックイン，チェックアウトは無人でしたのでスタッフとサービスは無評価です。
