Regret to have stayed in the hotel. I wonder how they got 4star. The windows have not been cleaned since ages. The staff (except housekeeping) don't know the basic of hospitality. It lacks basic amenities which you easily get in other hotels.

We booked 3 rooms and we requested for connecting rooms. The room was clean organize and comfy. Only the windows need to be clean to see the nicest view of Fujairah. We also requested for 1 extra bed since we are 7 pax additional 100 aed for the bed. The over all experience was nice, the staffs are very quick to approach. And the place is in the center of city, where you can find groceries good food and fish market. If you'll be driving around the tourist spots of fujairah its to easy and near to the hotel.

A decent place for a short stay. Clean and updated. Upon arrival we were checked in to the room with extremely noisy AC. That noice couldn’t be fixed and we immediately asked for another room. Thank you to the staff, they moved us to another room and our night was silent and peaceful. Special thank you to housekeeping staff, they did their job perfectly while helping us to move to another room. My recommendation to the hotel, never provide the room with broken AC until you fix it, to avoid reduction of the score in reviews.

Worst hotel I've ever visited..being a hotelier I didn't find anything basic manners for front office person..there was no smile on reception guy's face ..don't know how to behave with the guest...rude behavior and Prashant from front office or somewhere else from hotel so called manager have not helped us at all..he was so rude..if I talk about room was very cheap..window glasses were so uncleaned ,dirty..AC was not working..such a terrible guest service we've received ...never ever visit guys..you'll be disappointed end of the day..

Terrible not recommended at all. Just cheap price only. I would not suggest. Find alternative. No star at all. No clean. Outside of build glass has not been cleaned since ages. Can’t see the beach or road as full with sticky dust. Has cheap Indian dancing bar. Shady place

I stayed for more or less 6 hours, and the amenities and services were just OK. The food was just OK. What I didn't like at all was that I believe someone entered my room while I was sleeping because 1) someone unplugged my charging phone, 2) someone turned off the lights in the sitting room, and 3) I lost my other slipper, and I looked for it everywhere inside the room, but it was nowhere to be found. I'm pretty sure I locked the door from the inside. I've been to many hotels before because of my work, and this is by far the worst experience I've had.

This is absolutely wonderful hotel! At the reception, Miss Anjali and Mister Nizamuddin arranged for us the most warm welcome! They provided best service ever! Overall hotel is very good, bathroom absolutely brand new, beds are very comfortable. Furniture is very beautiful. It looks like hotel has been renovated recently. Definitely I will come back. Thank you once again Anjali and Nizamuddin! You guys are really best!

I have styed many times in this hotel, solely for sleeping as their prices are low, however on Saturday 4th January I experienced the worst customer service. 2 days before on Thursday I called and booked 2 rooms for the weekend and received a confirmation number. Until here all good. Upon our arrival on Saturday 4th for check in we were received by Anjali, the receptionist, who asked first for my booking name and then for the confirmation number to confirm. Once confirmed she just looked st me with a smile in her face and said that the only 2 rooms a available had AC issues and hotel was folly booked. There were no rooms for us. No apologies offered, not even attempted to find a solution or call a manager. I personally had to find a way to contact the GM for someone else to show up and "showcase" that they were trying to find us our rooms. Keep in mind, we never received any messages or call from the hotel to inform us of no rooms availability. Now the city is full, we cannot find any rooms anywhere and I am pissed to say the least!!! Writinc this from the hotel lobby wherr we are still Waiting for them to find us any solution!
