因為第一次入住體驗特別好，這次又來扶溝時便毫不猶豫選擇了這家酒店，但這次與上次相比差好多。雖然這天團隊多、人員雜，但都不應該是服務質量下降的原因。首先，房間淋浴間的下水道是堵的，洗澡時水幾乎不下去，差點滑倒，很不方便；其次，第二天早上起床打開電視上面就已經設定好歡迎別的住客了，感覺要趕我們離店了；早餐餐品簡單，人員嘈雜，無法落座，衹能一邊尋一邊自己清理別人用過的餐桌；退房離店後車子無法及時開出地庫，保安都沒有，還得自己下車到前台再去詢問，得到的理由是閘機壞了馬上叫監控開，莫名其妙。還有，離店後按金遲遲不退，打了兩個電話催，至今為止（28小時後）仍沒有入賬。唉，看來以後還是得另擇他處了，生意太好，就繼續做團隊吧，我們這種真誠選擇的零散個人就不來打擾了！
