I had the pleasure of visiting the Berghotel Hochfügen in Austria, and I have to say it was an unforgettable experience! The hotel's location is simply perfect! Nestled in the mountains, surrounded by breathtaking nature, it offers views that inspire every day. The proximity to the ski slopes and hiking trails makes it the ideal starting point for all outdoor activities. The food at the hotel is absolutely first-class! The kitchen offers a variety of delicious dishes, both regionally and internationally inspired. Every meal was a highlight, and the quality of the ingredients and the presentation were always top-notch. The service at the hotel is fantastic! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. Every request is promptly fulfilled, and you feel at home from the very beginning. The hotel staff are simply fantastic! They are all very friendly, competent, and do their jobs with love and dedication. They were on hand to help and advise us during our stay and made our vacation even more unforgettable. The design of the hotel is simply stunning! The architecture and furnishings are modern, stylish, and fit perfectly with the surroundings. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Overall, I highly recommend the Berghotel Hochfügen! Man präpariert sich sicher wieder für den Winter, wo die Zahl der Gästeübernachtungen höher als zur Sommerzeit ist. Mitten im Wander- bzw. Skiparadies gelegen waren wir zunächst enttäuscht als wir den Baukran wahrnahmen. Man hat zwar nicht viel vom Baulärm und -dreck mitbekommen, doch ist die Urlaubsstimmung eingetrübt. Zimmer, Saunabereich ohne Zugang ins Freie, kleines Hallenbad separat, Frühstück und Abendessen in Büffetform alles ok, aber auch nicht super. Personal durchweg freundlich, so dass wir wiederkommen, wenn uns die alpine Lage im Zillertal erneut rufen würde.

Perfect location right next to the ski resort. Good dinner, very good breakfast. The swimming pool and steam grotto were great for relaxing after skiing (I was able to swim a few laps after coordinating with the many children...the parents obviously didn't care...)
