We just had an amazing 5 days in this wonderful hotel! What did we love: The food: delicious breakfast, lunch and five course dinner. We loved that we had the same table for every meal, really gives a home from home feel. The staff were extremely friendly. The shuttle to the ski area for skiing is brilliant and the spa facilities are excellent. My husband and 2 daughters went skiing each day and there are so many mountain options close by. I did one of the hotel’s organised winter walks and it was breathtaking. We are booking up for next year!

Fijn hotel met heerlijke bedden. Mooiste skikelder ooit gezien. Een paar verbeterpuntjes: water,thee en koffie misten wij op de kamer. De route in het hotel en wellness is niet handig, een doolhof. En wij vonden de prijzen voor het drinken buitensporig hoog. Fles bronwater kost bv 7,50.

Tolles Hotel was keine Wünsche überlässt. Kulinarisch vielfältig und sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr sauber und in den Ruheräumem kann man sich gut erholen.Die Sportlichen Aktivitäten werden von den netten Trainern professionell geplant.

This is an outstanding hotel, one of the best I have ever stayed in. We had a short break with our family. Everything was managed with great professionalism. The food and wine were excellent. The waiting staff were friendly, providing a very good level of service. There were many families staying and I particularly like the way that everybody was accommodated, particularly at mealtimes. The swimming pool and spa facilities were first class, with provision for families and adults alike. There were activities provided. I went on an excellent guided snowshoe hike. The family that own the hotel were very much part of the team and should be proud of what they have achieved. The hotel is low in the valley. The local bus services, however, are frequent (and free) enabling access to higher slopes for skiing and hiking. Very highly recommended. Access is very easy from Innsbruck Airport being a 50 minute taxi ride away.

Все привет. Ох и повезло нам и нашей компании с этим прекрасным отелем! Отель мы выбрали спонтанно, и нам улыбнулась удача! Отель поражает своим гостеприимством и уютом! Заселились мы быстро и все прошло без проблем , приехали вечером и успели на ужин. На следующие утро ми познакомились с прекрасной девушкой официанткой по имени Галина. Галя, мы рады что Вы нас обслуживали и выражаем Вам огромную благодарность за профессиональное обслуживание. И так об этом отеле, отель семейного типа, семейного управления, в котором семья на первом месте, в котором семейные ценности на первом месте, в котором гости отеля чувствуют себя частью семьи, отель для которого постояльцы отеля на первом месте. Отель в котором 90% отдыхающих , это постоянные клиенты отеля . Завтраки очень вкусные, а ужин это произведение кулинарного искусства. СПА я любитель спа , и всяких бассейнов, так вот тут это все в изобилии! Номера больше и очень уютные.Есть все что нужно. Вообщем так, кто хочет провести незабываемый отпуск вам сюда!

Der Service und das Wellnessangebot ist unglaublich. Das feine, mehrgängige Abenddinner bietet uns neue, nie erlebte, fantastische Speisen. Das gemütliche Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Es gibt nichts, was es nicht gibt. Im Wellnessbereich stehen jederzeit verschiedenste Erfrischungsgetränke und Tees bereit. Das Sportangebot und die Sportkurse sind vielfältig. Das kostenlose Hotel-Shuttle-Angebot ins Skigebiet ist unglaublich bequem. Alles in allem: unvergesslich!

Wunderschöne Einrichtung! Der Spa - Bereich war auch wunderbar! Zwei Kritikpunkte - hoffentlich wird da in Zukunft mehr wert darauf gelegt, dann kommen wir gerne wieder. 1. Das Wasser im Innenpool war sehr kühl! Das war enttäuschend, wir haben uns darauf gefreut. 2.Und das Angebot für Vegetarier ist noch ausbaufähig - eine zusätzliche Alternative zu Mittag, zumindest eine vegetarische Suppe hätte ich mir von einem Hotel dieser Klasse schon erwartet.
