Der Standard war wie immer sehr sehr gut im Hotel Held. Alle Prozesse sind sehr gut organisiert und das Personal ist freundlich kompetent und professionell. Auch in die Ausstattung wird immer so investiert dass der sehr hohe Standard erhalten bleibt

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and look after you. The hotel is set in the beautiful Austrian Alps and is stunning. The food is amazing. Every night is different and has an outstanding selection of dishes. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The atmosphere is very relaxing and it’s one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. We will be back!

Wir waren dieses Jahr bereits zum achten Mal im Hotel Held und zum ersten Mal zu dritt. Egal, ob als Paar oder jetzt als kleine Familie – wir fühlen uns hier immer unfassbar wohl. Das Hotel ist einfach traumhaft, das Essen gigantisch und der Service grandios. Besonders charmant sind die persönlichen Empfehlungen für Wanderungen, die wir von den Kellnern, den Rezeptionisten und sogar von der Familie Held selbst erhalten haben. Diese persönliche Note macht unseren Aufenthalt jedes Mal besonders. Wir wurden auch schon darüber informiert, dass das Hotel im Winter wesentliche Veränderungen plant, darunter ein Adults-Only-Bereich und ein spezieller Kinderbereich. Wir sind gespannt auf die Neuerungen und freuen uns schon darauf, beim nächsten Mal diese Verbesserungen zu erleben. Bis bald, liebes Held-Team!

We’ve had a wonderful family holiday at hotel Held. Our room was an Oak family suite with two bedrooms, separate living room, shower room and separate spa bath. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Only downside was no kettle or tea/coffee in the room but we brought a travel kettle. Food was outstanding. Seven course dinner every night. Wellness facilities and activity programme was excellent. Local area was amazing. Bikes were free to use and there is the wonderful Zillertal way next to the river which is a flat cycle path. Cable to car to Spieljoch was a real highlight. We will be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay, staff were all so friendly and helpful.

Wir haben uns "pudelwohl " gefühlt! Es hat alles geklappt: Lage .. auch mit dem Motorrad (aus Nürnberg) ein Erlebnis 🏍Hotel, SPA Bereich, Personal und Verpflegung 1A!!! Wir werden wiederkommen bzw Familie und Freunde weiter empfehlen.☀️☀️☀️.

Wir durften ganze 11 Tage im Hotel Held im Zillertal verbringen. Es war wieder ein traumhafter Aufenthalt mit vielen Highlights. Insbesondere die herzliche und zuvorkommende Art des gesamten Personals hat uns wieder vollends überzeugt (Gerry, Vicky, ...). Das kulinarische Verwöhnprogremm ließ kaum einen Wunsch offen. Die Umgebung lädt zu vielen unterschiedlichen Aktivitäten ein und der idyllische Naturbadeteich bietet erfrischende Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Wir sind schon gespannt auf die Erweiterung und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

We spent yet another excellent week in Hotel Held this August. Throughout the years they keep the same high quality of service, food, rooms and facilities. The hotel is run by the Family, and one can see the obvious difference when compared to chain hotels. Everything is taken care of with personal attitude. There was air conditioning added in rooms and restaurant recently, which is rather unique thing in Tirol hotels - truly a bliss in hot summer days. Garden nicely kept, great place to relax. All in all - absolutely recommended :)

Ein paar schöne Tage haben wir im Hotel HELD verbracht, mitunter war auch unser Hochzeitstag der Anlass um ein zweites Mal dieses Hotel zu buchen. Die "Familiensuite Zirbe" gefiel uns sehr gut und das Reinigungspersonal hatte immer ein liebevolles Detail hinterlassen. Es werden keine Badeschlappen bereitgestellt, was ich völlig gut finde! Das Essen war hervorragend, Personal und Freundlichkeit so wie man es sich wünscht. Das Abendmenü ist ein Traum, auch da wird auf persönliche Wünsche geachtet. Wir hatten sommerliche Tage dort verbracht, so konnten wir die traumhafte u. gepflegte Außenanlage sehr genießen. Praktisch ist auch die App, die man sich herunterladen kann, da gibt es alle Neuigkeiten zu erfahren. Hervorzuheben sind die Saunaufgüsse, die von fachkundigem Personal durchgeführt werden. Freizeitangebote stehen ebenso bereit, der Verleih von E-Bikes ist ebenfalls möglich. Wer in toller Atmosphäre und entspannt Urlaub machen möchte, dem ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Unser weiterer Aufenthalt ist bereits gebucht. Allein der "Absacker" auf der Terrasse nach dem Abendessen lässt den Tag perfekt ausklingen.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal nach einigen Jahren für fünf Tage im Hotel. Rundum haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, begeistert hat uns das Frühstück und das Abendessen. Über die App kann man alle Neuigkeiten bzw. auch die Speisekarte erfahren. Wir hatten die Familiensuit "Zirbe" gebucht, die derzeit im Angebot war. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll gerichtet. Am Abreisetag haben wir den Wellnessbereich bis zum späten Nachmittag genutzt, das klappt prima auch wenn man das Zimmer räumen muss. Im Saunenbereich stehen Spint und alles weitere zur Verfügung. Für Sport sind genug Möglichkeiten geboten, E-Bikes zum Ausleihen oder geführte Wanderungen - je nachdem was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben bereits noch ein paar weitere Tage gebucht und freuen uns schon darauf.
