Ein sehr schönes Hotel, in dem Kundenfreundlichkeit an erster Stelle steht. Lage neben der Gondel. Hotel mit einer Auswahl an schönen Zimmern mit super Ausblick auf die Berge. Ein sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück. ein leckerer Nachmittagssnack und reichlich Auswahl zum Abendessen. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Swimmingpool und Spa-Optionen. Kurz gesagt, ein Hotel, in das wir gerne für ein paar Tage zum Skifahren zurückkommen würden und das wird auch geschätzt, wenn möglich erhält man ein Upgrade. Das wissen wir sehr zu schätzen. Ein Hotel, das ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen werde, wenn man nach Fügen möchte.

Großes traditionelles schönes Tiroler Hotel mit viel Komfort, gutem Essen und dazu noch sehr schönem SPA und Schwimmbad. Sehr gutes Restaurant und einem freundlichen Sommelier mit guten Weinen. Sicherlich ebenso für Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

Gisteren gegeten bij Kohlerhof in Fügen. Sommigen uit de groep komen hier al jaren en hebben hier mooie herinneringen liggen. Gisteren echter was een avond zoals we die nog nooit hebben meegemaakt. Wij werden ‘geholpen’ door Klaudia, die ons van begin tot eind zeer onvriendelijk, geïrriteerd en uiterst onprofessioneel heeft bediend. Het eten was op zich goed, maar koud en kwam (lang) na elkaar. Een fles water kwam pas toen we al klaar waren en de rekening klopte niet (waarbij Klaudia zich weer niet kon gedragen met de sarcastische opmerking dat het dan toch een paar euro minder was, wat was het probleem). Zo’n kleinerende bediening hebben wij allen nog nooit meegemaakt en bezoedelt bovendien een mooie jarenlange herinnering. Service en professionaliteit is hier (althans bij Klaudia) ver te zoeken, wij komen hier nooit meer terug.

Goedemorgen, We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in Kohlerhof. Een mooie grote kamer voor ons drieën en goede voorzieningen in de kamer. Ook het eten was uitstekend, zowel 's ochtends als 's avonds en de après-ski was ook leuk. We komen zeker terug en blijven dan wat langer. Groeten. Familie: Tappel

Sehr nettes Personal in allen Bereichen. Die Matratze war unglaublich gut, ich habe bestens geschlafen! In diesem Hotel wird großen Wert darauf gelegt, dass keiner hungrig bleibt. Das Büfett morgens und abends ist sehr sehr reichhaltig und umfangreich. Die tägliche Jause abwechslungsreich. Der Wellnessbereich ist auf zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Der Saunabereich (nicht für Kinder zugänglich) ist riesig. Trotz Bar in beiden Stockwerken, fehlte mir ein Angebot an kostenlosem Tee/heißes Wasser. Ich hätte mir im Skischuhraum mehr b e h e i z t e Skischuh-Trockner gewünscht. Die Nähe zum Skilift Spieljoch ist unschlagbar!

Nous avons passé un week-end sensationnel. Les chambres très bien le restaurant aussi ainsi que le bar!et Le Top était le spa! Nous avons passé du bon temps au Piz pub ou le DJ aurait pu être un peu meilleur. Un petit bémol le personnel à la réception un peu compliqué sinon impeccable

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das begann mit dem Einchecken und endete mit dem Auschecken. Der Service und das Personal sind fürsorglich. Der Gast ist König. Das Essen ist lecker und man kann zwischen 5 Hauptgerichten wählen. Nur als 190 neue Gäste zum gleichen Zeitpunkt eintrafen , war das erfahrene Personal nachvollziehbar mit dem Einchecken dieser so ausgelastet, dass das Personal zu diesem Zeitraum im Restaurantbereich fehlte und alles nicht mehr so gut koordiniert funktionierte. Das Hotel ist dennoch zu empfehlen, auch wegen der Lage in Fügen und des großartigen Wellnessbereichs.
