酒店建設很好，都是底層，就是找房子要轉好大的圈，温泉大池子沒有水，能玩的都是邊上的小池子，據説是一週打掃一次池子的衞生，小孩半價温泉票，最不好的是早餐，剛入住給人感覺很好，送一份小吃，十個遊戲幣，給人很好的感覺，到了第二天早上吃早餐一下就不美好了，房間衹帶一份早餐，這個設定不覺得好笑嗎？我們原本打算給孩子買票去吃，結果是這樣子，就衹進去一人吃早餐，反饋説是早餐很一般，幸虧沒有買兩人的票去吃早餐。退房時間中午十二點，不能延遲，很少見了，這樣的經營理念不知道是覺得你很特殊嗎？你們也是連鎖酒店，你們這政策的店在全國有幾家？

服務：房間管家王麗瑤可以隨時微信聯繫，問這問那都耐心回覆。入住有高大帥哥幫忙拿行李到房間，禮貌周到。所有服務員都禮貌帶笑容，感覺親切。
設施：許多設施沒空體驗，印象最深刻是房間的私湯池，乾淨、私隱滿分。私湯在房間下層，旁邊還有個小客廳，睡床在上層。雖然要上下樓梯，但整體佈局很好。
食物：自助早餐可以，個人最喜歡款式眾多的麪包。自助晚餐説實話比較普通，主要是環境舒適。還有個餐廳忘了名字，供應多種菜式，色香味不錯。
天氣熱，泡温泉有點過。等秋涼再去試試滋味。

房間很舒服，這是第二次帶家人來的，這次榻榻米複式房很好，服務員耐心周到。

週末或者假期千萬避雷這裏，説好兩點可以入住，結果大部分客人都無法按時入住，人手嚴重不夠，服務意識並不是很好。訂單裏送的東西前台也沒有給，讓人得跑兩趟自己去要。温泉水不是循環的，下午了基本就進不去，肉眼可見的有漂浮物，下午大池子的泡泡非常刺眼刺鼻，用的材料非常劣質，總之對不起這個酒店的牌子。温泉區的公共座椅永遠都來不及收拾，擺放的到處都是毛巾，更衣室要追着服務員要袋子和皮筋，生怕別人多拿。總之體驗感不好，購買的慎重預約！
