Un hotel sin personal, no tendría que estar permitido y le pedido una hoja de reclamaciones, por el teléfono que viene en la entrada, y me han dicho que me desplazará a un pueblo que está a 30 kilómetros, los precios cobran lo que quieren depende el día de la semana que llames o reserves, la operadora una tal Helena, no está preparada para atender a los clientes, una persona chulesca y mal educada que no te deja ni hablar, ni explicar, ni nada, recomiendo que este tipo de hoteles sin personal que los atienda no tendría ni que existir y estar prohibido, no volveré nunca y recomiendo que no lo haga nadie, te estafan en el precio que cambian según el día de la semana que llames y como no hay nadie para pedir explicaciones, te lo comes y punto, un vergüenza.
