Estuve con mis sonrinos como visitantes míos a la piscina del hotel y la camarera del sky bar, me trató de una manera odiosa, me gritó delante de lo otros huéspedes, mis sobrinos se asuntaron y empezaron a llorar y la camarera continuaba moviendo sus manos y me alegaba que me tenía que ir de la pisicna, porque no podían estar los niños. Después vino el encargado del bar acompañó a la camarera a gritarme y me sacaron como si yo fuera una basura, cuando yo estaba pagando 150€ por noche, un asco de hotel, el gerente me regresó el dinero de 1 noche y me invitó a irme del hotel, y todo porque un joven de recepción me dio mal la información y me dijo ok a mi petición de tener dos pequeños invitados a la piscina un martes, una barbaridad, no lo recomiendo, todo el personal es grocero y con falta de clase. ( a demás el ascensor se oye ruidos y mantienen roto y los baños huelen a cañerías)

- Excellent location - Roof top pool and bar are great - Great breakfast, lots of selection and a very good standard - Beach right across the road, if you want to switch it up from the pool - Rooms are fine, but certain areas looking abit tired, particularly in the bathroom area. - Beds are rock hard like a table, if you like a very firm bed then great. We stayed for 3 nights on a girls trip and I would certainly stay in this hotel again. It was great for what we wanted it for.

I do not understand the negative reviews about this hotel. We stayed from the 23rd June for 5 days. We stayed on the 8th floor with a sea view. The room was clean, bed comfy, fresh towels and cleaned everyday. One thing we were impressed with, was my husband went back to our room when housekeeping were cleaning it and he was made to swipe the room card to prove it was our room. The food was lovely, I don’t think I’ve stayed at a hotel, that offers Cava for breakfast. The hotel staff were fantastic and friendly, they even booked me a mobility scooter. Reception, bar staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping could not do enough for us. Yes, sometimes you have to wait for the lift for a while, but that’s no different to any other hotel we’ve stayed in. Also, people complaining about paying for the use of a safe, this is also normal at hotels. The area is flat, with plenty of Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and places to have an ice cream. It was lovely to wake up to the swifts flying around and you get used to the parakeets, it adds to the atmosphere. We will return for a longer stay! Thank you for making our stay fantastic.

Came 23rd June were allocated our room , not happy when we entered it had a terrible smell , also strong smell of stale cigarettes and it hadn’t been cleaned properly , yes we booked a basic room but did not expect that , I went back to reception and saw Juan he gave me a key to another room to look at Much nicer clean and had a side seat view perfect , breakfast was good a lot of choice , didn’t bother going to the pool not enough sunbeds to go round , beach across the road 14 euro for 2 beds and parasol, only thing that spoilt it was too many lucky lucky men and massage women constantly pestering even in the restaurants
