Cannot fault the staff they was so helpful and kind. I would rate as a 2/3 star but definitely not 4 star! Food was ok. Not a lot of options. Wouldn’t stay here with kids as all they would be eating is chips! The rooms was clean but I will say there was 1 plug socket- this was not enough. None beside the bed. And the pillows were not comfortable at all. The balcony was ok, no light so when it got dark couldn’t see a thing!! Also family 5 rooms down their balacony was wobbly, cave in at any moment!! Air conditioning was heating! Day and night left the door open! I wouldn’t recommend in the summer months! Ok for a small winter break like us for 3 nights. No pool which was a disappointment, dont tell you that when you book! For me I would normally stay again in any hotel but all of the above has put me off and I wouldn’t recommend it. However it is a great location and as I said ok for a few nights. Wouldn’t recommend families in the summer.

Given a room on 1st floor, balcony looked over a car park, no sun all day. Room was fine, beds very comfortable had to ask for extra pillows. Breakfast was fine good selection of food staff friendly and efficient. Noise from nightclub below the hotel was unbearable, started at 11pm finished at 4am having asked to change rooms we were told they were fully booked and to buy some earplugs !! Location was excellent close to trains and buses. Would stay again but it would have to be on the top floor.

Hotel location great ,food was good always a choice but could be warmer however i popped mine into microwave so ok for me. Cleanliness of hotel and rooms excellent However anyone wanting somewhere to sunbathe will be dissapointed the pool at the hotel is currently closed as the area is unsafe. This is not advised in advance a sign says closed for refurbishment on the main desk

You get what you pay for This is a huge hotel that has seen its best days many many years ago. The negatives are that it’s worn down and the beds are the hardest most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, like a wooden board with a sheet on it. I’ve travelled a lot and I’m used to beds being harder abroad than Swedish standard, but I have never before woken up during the night cos of pain in my body due to the hard beds. Also the pillow isn’t really a pillow, it’s a long thin (a few cm) thing that’s impossible to make into some sort of headrest. The hotel has also very thin walls and there is a huge gap between the door and the corridor, which meant we woke up a lot when someone talked a bit too high or someone came back drunk or kids running and yelling. But! There are some positives too. The location is excellent, really close to the beach and the night life and restaurants. Perfect. It was also very cheap, we paid about 55 euros per night. Staff in the restaurant was very friendly and the breakfast is really good. I don’t think I’d stay here again cos of the extremely uncomfortable beds, but it’s an ok choice for someone with a smaller budget and who’s priority is good location and good breakfast.
