入住的是標間，一張床打開後上面有污漬，當時就想説肯定是保潔床單沒換，另外一張看着還好就沒計較了。沒想到回來後眼睛一衹紅腫不消，去醫院看了説是急性眼膜炎和急性角膜炎。醫生説居住環境不衞生引起的，得病前一天就去入住了你們酒店。再也不會來了，這條差評是希望你們能引以為戒，不要再不注重衞生了。這次我都很想告你們了，等出了事你們再後悔也來不及了。

衞生環境非常一般，實在是沒有愧對酒店裡貼的c級衞生登記提示，一級進電梯就聞到一股臭味。房間裏面衞生也很差，尤其是床，躺在上面渾身發癢，不知道衞生怎麼做的。衞生間沒有熱水，放水兩分種才勉強有一點温熱，致電前台尋求幫助時，前台竟説出再放水十分鐘就有熱水這樣的言論，聞所未聞。整體體驗非常一般。
