設施：能滿足，作為一個海島來説很不錯了。政府扶持力度沒那麼大（留不住客人）不能怪房東
衞生：很乾凈
環境：總體不錯，政府扶持力度小整個村子都差不多，期待路能夠儘快修好，致富先修路原則。
服務：上島房東李師傅會免費接送，如有需要外出、環島遊之類的李師傅會有償進行接送，想體驗出海捕魚的也會給安排。

非常棒的體驗住宿。老闆和老闆娘很好，很勤勞，吃的也新鮮，住宿乾淨，車接車送。服務相當周到！租老闆的車很值，老闆負責講解，一路環島風景很美！

很棒的一次海景民宿體驗。
1.到碼頭前提前聯繫老李，他會開車到碼頭接送客人到民宿。
2.這次選擇的是海景雙人標間，窗外就是海，也是傍晚看日落的好位置。
3.八月底天氣炎熱，坐老李的車去環島遊會舒適一些，車內座位寬敞，在前往下一個景點前可以好好休息。
4.我們的各種問題老李夫妻都耐心解答，向我們介紹嵛山島上的景點和遊玩方式，很周到。
5.見到了海上日出，十分驚喜，是會記得很久的美麗時刻。坐船看到的海景和環島遊看到的又是不一樣的景色。
6.下次還想來嵛山島。

對於小漁村來説條件還行，包含碼頭接送，老闆兩口子人特別好，海景房窗外的景色很美啊，下次有機會還想去嵛山島
