My husband and I had the most wonderful 3 day stay here during our fall foliage trip to New England last week. I cannot say enough good things about the innkeeper, Donna. She is such an amazing person! She really made our stay so special and gave us so many helpful tips on what to do on our trip. Breakfasts were delicious and so much fun with the other guests. Donna was a great hostess to everyone. She is so funny and entertaining. She really puts people at ease and makes everyone feel welcome. You feel like you are staying at a friend's house while you are there. Her dogs, Daisy, and Gizmo, are so sweet. They were our surrogate dogs while we were there. The Inn is located on a very quiet, residential street, and we slept really well while we were there. It's very close to the White Mountains but far enough away that you aren't in the thick of things. We loved coming back to our nice, quiet, cozy inn after driving and hiking all day. The rooms are all really cute and the library has an extensive collection of books of all types. You can curl up with a book in the library, have a cup of coffee in the sunroom, or a glass of wine on the deck by the firepit. Or watch a game on the TV or play a round of pool in the living room. I'm so glad I found this lovely place and hope to go back again! Thanks again, for everything, Donna! We miss you! - Sharon and Graham :)
