The hotel stay was fine, I’m more a suite person. The front desk staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was good especially the waffles and the host was very nice, friendly and accommodating. He made sure food didn’t run out. Digital check in and out was a breeze. I guess my only issue would be the refrigerator, it’s a mini freeze but more like a cooler. It doesn’t keep things cold, just cool.

Very clean, almost new, hotel right off the highway. Great location. Lobby and dining area were very clean, staff was friendly. Double queen room was perfect size.

The staff was fantastic, so much so that I opted to stay an extra night. Facilities were immaculate (bathroom and shower, bed and room) and clean. I felt very comfortable.

Had another nice stay at this Hampton. The king room was spacious and nicely decorated. The young red headed girl at reception was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the shower had nice pressure. We had our RV and there was room to park it overnight. The buffet was good with fresh cut fruit, potatoes and a nice variety. We will return when needing a room near Ameristar and St Charles.

The pool was down and they did not want to refund me then they got the pool fixed the day we were leaving and was rushing us after they told us we could stay as long as we wanted to accommodate us for the inconvenience
