Comfort Suites St Charles-St Louis

The location was perfect for our downtown St. Charles tour. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfectly cooked and delicious and there were several non cooked and cold options available. We would definitely stay here again. The jacuzzi in our suite was wonderful.

My husband and 4 children booked a room for the night for my son’s birthday. I called the hotel directly before leaving to ask if they had a pack n play bed. (For my 15 month old) I was told that they had 2. She looked up my reservation and told me she marked one down for me. (Never stating they are first come first serve or that they can’t be reserved) I was told they would have one for me. Upon arrival at 9:00 pm the man at the front desk tells me that they only have 1 and that there is no reserving them. He said I must have talked to a 3rd party. So I called the number that I had called earlier that day to check and he answers at the front desk. I proceed to tell him this is the number I had called so it was not a 3rd party. He then tells me in the notes that it is noted “no pack n plays” I was never called or notified that there wasn’t one. The front desk man was not nice and didn’t show any kind of empathy and acted like he didn't care at all. He said it was the day shifts fault and he had nothing else to say. I am not a complainer or one to leave a bad review but he was rude!! It was a very rough night trying to sleep.

Will not stay again. Asked for room service all 3 days- never got it. Staff didn’t care- just gave new towels. Pool area very rundown. Breakfast barely qualifies as continental- staff unpleasant.
