Was there Thursday through Monday, room rates varied each night ( highest on Friday) Room was small but adequate EXCEPT there was NO drawer space to use, no lamps on bedside table. There was no closet to hang items, only a metal curved rod in the corner. There was a small refrigerator under a small table. Lighting was 2 very bright spotlights over the bed that made it hard to lay in bed and read especially if your partner was trying to go to sleep. Only ice machine was on first floor, not a big issue but only FYI. House keeping was to be every 2 days but they skipped us and we had to ask for this on day 4. This was NOT what I expected from a Hilton property. In future I would avoid Tru by Hilton and use a nearby hotel.

My only complaint was there was no conditioner in the bottle in the shower. Very clean and comfy.

Two night stay for a tournament. Location was good from airport and there were decent restaurant options close by. The hotel is with a small shopping and eating village. Breakfast choices were not good so I wouldn't depend on this for a hardy breakfast. We had a take out bag that was too large for the garbage can. Left it outside the room and it sat there ＞ 24 hours. I then moved it next to a garbage can by the elevator and it sat there another 24 hours. Sheets and bedding very very thin and old.

Super clean hotel located with easy access to downtown St Charles and quick access to Hwy 70 for Riverport events. Room was small but more than adequate. Beds were firm and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choices, including hot options like eggs, sausage, and had a machine to make fresh pancakes. Gretchen at the front desk was friendly and helpful and the price was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

I was supposed to get enough points to get a free night because there was no where to park and it was loud one of the nights that didnt happen I got 5,000 points not enough for a free night there toilet paper holder was broken I didnt do that it was like that when we got there never was fixed when we was there would love to have my points that was promised
