Premier Inn Frome

Usually happy with Premier Inn facilities but at this venue we had a family room which had no air conditioning. It was extremely unpleasant even though two fans were supplied, but they could not lower the temperature enough to make sleeping comfortable. With two young children, not satisfactory for the money paid.

Absolute rubbish ! Business trip during school holidays. Forget the beefeater, completely understaffed and food takes forever. The bar closes at 10pm ! Check in is by machine and room air conditioned by a mouldy old fan with 2 beds pushed together. Breakfast is medium at most and completely cant cope with school holidays. I won't be back for sure.

Absolutely appalling behaviour from staff (think he was receptionist) me and my pregnant mate went in so she could charge her phone to get a lift home as i either of us drive we told him that she was pregnant and couldnt walk back to frome so thought we would be there for 5mins but he came out shouting at us to leave and told her to “go be pregnant somewhere else” we are both 16 years old and clearly stressed on finding a lift back yet he kicked us out i want him sorted out as soon as possible as its really unprofessional

My daughter has SEN and Premier Inn Hotels are sunflower friendly which makes a big difference to our stay and the staff will engage with her which she really enjoys. Our room was incredibly clean and comfortable. We are looking forward to going back again in November and again next July.

A very good stay ! Room clean and possibly just refurbished? Staff very friendly, food good but not exceptional. No air con in my room and hitting the heatwave temperatures of late not a problem. Duvets removed, windows open and a good little fan. One draw back with my room (No.1) was that it was near to an air-conditioning unit but quickly remedied by closing the window ! All in all a very enjoyable stay ! Many thanks to all !

Have spent quite a few weeks here over the last year and the place is great, the staff are fantastic, really helpful, reception staff bend over backwards to help, bar staff and the waiting staff are second to none, food is tasty and plentiful and the rooms are recently refurbished, my only criticism is the wifi, even when you have to pay £5 per day to use it the system is rubbish, continuously drops out and stops working, in this day and age you expect a half decent signal especially when you pay extra for the privilege, can’t fault the staff as they go above and beyond but the internet set up needs a rethink
