Premier inn hotels are usually fairly standard. You get what you pay for - same furniture, same beds etc. This one is not like that. Mouldy bathrooms. Uncomfy beds. Restaurant attached slow and tables are sticky. Avoid this hotel. Very expensive for an awful experience.

The room was immaculate. Bed was super comfy. All the sockets and charging ports you could ask for! Decor was modern, loved the lighting. Coffee machine, chocolates. Staff super friendly. Only negative was no shaving socket (unless I couldn’t find it) so I could charge my electric toothbrush! Water pressure a little low. Would give 4.8 but definitely the best premier inn I’ve stayed in. If you can stretch to the plus room, you should!

Stayed for one night. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Beefeater staff nice and pleasant only got drinks for the room. Room however very tired, did not smell good. Windows were open when we got there so assuming cleaning staff thought so to very stale smelling. Very tired room especially the bathroom needs a major update. The pillows were awful so uncomfortable made it hard to sleep well. Not good

We had planned a day in Stourhead National Trust (20 mins away) so Frome was the nearest Premier Inn and although we knew from other reviews it's in need of a refurb, we were very happy with our stay as friendly staff, clean room and a comfortable bed We are glad we booked the Beefeater for dinner and breakfast beforehand as it was busy, but again, friendly staff and good service. We would stay here again in the future.

Great stay, lovely clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner as expected. We did however notice the poor cleaning staff having to lug their cleaning trolleys up and down a slippery flight of stairs (raining outside and renovatios being done), which wasn't great.

Very lovely stay and in a great location for our Longleat day out. We were pleased with the comfort of the bed and the quality of food and drink. We had great value for money with our food and the meal deal. I wished we had booked a table before arriving so that we weren't in a loud corner eating. Just a shame that the floorboards across the hotel are so loud that we were kept up late and woke up very early to those outside our room and in the room above. I also woke my husband in the night by walking across the floor in our room and we were on the ground floor. That should be something that is sorted to ensure that people aren't disrupted with floorboards.
