Omni Frisco-Dallas Hotel at the Star

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past however our recent visit to see our granddaughter graduate was marred by bullying and accusations of theft. The hotel requested we move our room on our second day of our stay. Being my sister is disabled and alone in the room she advised the staff she could not ”move the room” There was no reason given for moving our room however my sister agreed if the staff moved all of our belongings..later that night we found our roomkey was disabled. I called downstairs to Jean Carlos ( clerk ) at desk. He and security appraoched me whilst I waited. He accused us of ”stealing room glasses, pillowcases and hangers” We were still guests in the hotel. He then held us hostage in the room with his foot against the door demanding to search our room and luggage..being the hotel staff moved our personal belongings there was no way we would steal any of the aforementioned..my elderly disabled sister was now crying and took her clothes off the hangers that was moved by the staff and gave him the hangers leaving her clothes on the floor. For 45 minutes he accused us bullied us and threatens us. Finally I used my phone to video this thug then he started flailing his arms around ”don't video me don't video me” that was the only way we got him out of the room. He then charged my account $850.00 for items he claimed we ”stole” The entire trip was ruined and these two older women will never never visit this classless thug hotel again. We contacted Corporate with our concerns and the only offering was ”removing the non removed items from my bill” Another slap in the face from this thug team. Omni we don't want your hangers your pillowcases nor your room glasses! What a vile staff. We did not sleep at all that night knowing the thug has a master key and could potentially enter the room. We feared for our lives and still shake thinking of this aberrant behavior directed at two elderly women ..My advice? Stay at motel hell as this place is even worse!
