It is a 2 story condo, so plenty of space for privacy if you have 4 people. A king sized bed is upstairs, and a comfortable queen sized sofa bed is located in the living room. There is a 1/2 bathroom downstairs as well. You will have partially covered free parking for 1 car in front of the condo, and uncovered free parking behind the unit if you have more than 1 vehicles.All appliances are new including refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, large washer/dryer, and a brand new boiler! I DO NOT HAVE A MICROWAVE and have not ever used one so if that is important to you another unit may be more suitable. LOCATIONThe unit is centrally located in Frisco, 5 min. walking distance to the transfer station (primary bus depot to DIA/Greyhound), Main Street (15 min), Lake Dillon (10 min), and shopping area including Whole Foods (5 min). It is on the route of the Summit Stage which takes you to 3 of the 8 ski areas in this region. Vail is a 25 min drive and Beaver Creek 35 min.
