Service during daytime was excellent due to Jose and Ronald. Had a swollen, extremely sore knee Oct. 02 during night. No elevator service! Had to use stairs to get some ice. Rang bell 4x - no answer! Dragged myself back upstairs and suffered the pain. Mentioned to Jose, never heard back. Very black Fletcher mark in my book! Fletcher is absent in time of crisis.

Dit hotel is qua voorzieningen lang over de houdbaarheidsdatum heen. Sanitair is gebarsten en vuil, schimmel langs de bad rand, matrassen die zo zijn beslapen dat ze voorgevormd zijn geworden. Geen mogelijkheid de kamertemperatuur aan te passen (behalve met een klein ventilatortje). En tijdens ons verblijf moesten we eerst op muggen en vliegen jacht. Een hotel dat je wat ons betreft het best kan mijden.

Een mooi hotel aan de buitenkant in een prachtige wijk maar zodra je door de deur gaat besef je dat de tijd hier heeft stilgestaan .het is oud oid en nog eens oid een opknapbeurt zou best mogen de badkamer vol schimmel vuile hoeken en wc pot echt het is ood en smerig je betaald een prijs maar dat staat niet in verhouding met wat je krijgt .een van der Valk is net zo duur en vele malen beter. Het personeel is vriendelijk niets mis mee het ontbijt is karig en sober.het avond eten is te weinig een maaltijdsalade is zo weinig dat het meer een voorafje is .het gekke is dat wij in Dwingeloo zijn geweest bij Fletcher dit was geweldig alles netjes en schoon en het eten is vele malen meer wat je krijgt want de kaart is het zelfde alleen de hoeveelheid is daar veel meer en ook het ontbijt is ruimer Geen heidehof meer en ook geen Fletcher want je betaald vest wel wat en het is niet in verhouding met wat je krijgt dan kies ik toch voor van der Valk dat is dezelfde prijs en het is echt zo veel beter en zo veel meer keus Was echt een tegenvaller

Restaurant very bad! We have eaten at Fletcher restaurants before, but the food here was very poor. Sandwiches were cold, food was tasteless, Wasn't worth the money. Leave food alone. We were very disappointed and then took the grandchildren/children to the Mac. The service was also poor. They didn't have time and had to wait a long time for the food. Bad communication. The children and grandchildren were looking forward to a nice evening out for dinner with grandma and grandpa. Not!

Service in the bar at night was the worst i have ever experienced. No bartender in sight for 30 minutes. When he finally showed up he just told us that he had other things to do. Not ok. Rooms really worn down and in serious need of renovation. Its impossible this hotel is four stars.

I'm glad we're going to spend the night at the Fletcher hotel. I am more interested in Fletcher than in other hotels in the Netherlands. The hotel has an American appearance. Unfortunately the building was not very big and does not have a swimming pool. The hotel was fully booked, so I had to sleep with the tour guide. That's no problem, because there are two single beds.
