Das Haus ist recht einfach ausgestattet, man koennte einiges "verbessern" bzw. hochwertiger ausstatten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, allerdings sind die Bahngleise nicht weit entfernt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer seitlich, und nur die Nachmittagssonne, ansonsten denke ich kann es bei den Zimmern zu den Bahngleisen hin schon recht laut und im Sommer sehr heiß werden. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, ist es sehr leise, ich habe gut geschlafen. Die Gastgeber und die Reinigungsdame sind nett, freundlich und bemueht, was wir sehr zu schaetzen wußten. Toll ist, das es eine Kaffeevollautomaten gibt, an dem man sich einen Kaffee am Morgen machen kann. Daneben steht ein Schweinderl, wo es sich gehoert, das man fuer den Kaffee auch etwas reinwirft. Teebeutel waren auch vorhanden. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftskuehlschrank im Flur, auch das finde ich voellig ausreichend. Fazit wer eine gute und einfache Unterkunft in zentraler Lage zum Bahnhof sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben, wer einen hohen Standard sucht, eher nicht.
