Nicht gefallen hat uns der Service an der Rezeption. Es wurde zwei mal nach einem dritten Kissen gefragt (Gebucht waren 3 Personen) und es wurde vergessen. Auch die Kur taxe sollten wir doppelt bezahlen. Die Frühstückssituation war auch eingeschränkt von der Auswahl. Insgesamt für den Buchungspreis kein guter Service.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb in einem Vorort von Friedrichshafen - zu Fuß gut 30 Minuten ins Zentrum. Sehr ruhige und schöne Lage in Waldnähe.
Zimmer und Bad sehr schön und modern, sehr gutes Frühstück, das bei gutem Wetter auch auf einer schönen Terrasse genossen werden kann. Das Personal reagiert sofort auf Anregungen / Hinweise / Wünsche.
Achtung: Es gibt keine Zustell-Betten - wenn man für 3 Personen (Eltern + Kind) ein Zimmer reserviert, muss man aufpassen, dass man nicht in einem Zimmer mit "nur" Doppelbett landet, weil seitens der Buchungs-Plattform davon ausgegangen wird, dass das Kind im Bett der Eltern schläft. Es gibt aber auch Familienzimmer.
In unserem Fall war unsere Bitte betreffend Zustell-Bett leider nicht an das Hotel weitergeleitet worden, so dass das Hotel nicht reagieren konnte. Es wurde aber sehr flexibel und kundenfreundlich eine für uns gut akzeptable Lösung gefunden.
