For FAKUMA show only, Just good location, that is it. Be careful for the rate when they quote to you, which was not correct!
Better to reserve from Trip.com instead their front desk at all!

房間很大也很乾凈，還有陽台
早餐很棒，不足之處是距離市中心有點遠，但是打車10歐元或者坐50米 遠的landratsamt一站地到Friedrichshafen stadt.
門口還有很大的超市。接待很熱心的幫忙交車並寄存行李，
很不錯了我認為。

Schönes Hotel Top Zimmer.Haben ein mormales Zimmer gebucht und zur Überraschung ein Zimmrr mit Balkon mit Bodenseeblick erhalten. Die Rezeptionistin super nett.Frühstück reichhaltig und schmackhaft wird auch immer aufgefüllt.Zu empfehlen.

Breakfast : products very low quality..carpet dirty....ashame ! I garantee you .. because i am in good business..they chose thé cheapest products ...surely to save money Sauvages type salami...really Bad ! Not even sure it was fresh Only one type of ' viennoiseries " for a 4 star hôtel this IS not acceptable... Fruit juices ...all bad !!!! From supermaket cheap brands. . taste anything you want ..but not thé fruit...

They claim that this is a 4-star hotel, I wouldn’t give them even 2 stars. Location is ok, but it is old and very poorly maintained. We had two hotel rooms for our party: one of them had a noisy air conditioner, broken window curtains and no amenities beyond a poor bath shower gel, but still quite ok compared to the other room we got. The other room was at the lowest floor, dirty, without air conditioner (only two very noisy and dust-dirty ventilators, that triggered our daughter’s allergy), broken blinking fluorescent light at the bathroom, mini-bar was turned off to save energy (??!!) and door was badly damaged. From the rooms we could hear everything that happened in the parking, at the hotel aisles and the rooms nearby, so that we could not rest properly with every sound and light waking us up! And when we woke up the day after, we had to walk under heavy rain towards the main building for breakfast. Not even a standard umbrella to be offered as to avoid the guests to be soaked… And the prices are still for a 4-star hotel, which is completely unacceptable. There are better options nearby, avoid this trap by all means!

Kwamen hier als onderdeel van Bodenseefietstocht. Het was niet mogelijk hier te eten. Alleen ontbijt. Hotel ca 3 km van het centrum. Kamer best klein, wel airco. Helwitte badkamer, wel schoon. Uitzicht op 1e etage op binnenplaats. Fiets parkeren was passen en meten. Ontbijt oké. Voldoende voor nacht op doorreis. Geen sfeer, nogal onpersoonlijk.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti durante il giro in bici del lago di Costanza. Hotel periferico rispetto al centro città (distante circa 2 km). Camera spaziosa, pulita, servizi di base presenti. Arredi un po' datati e impianto di climatizzazione inefficiente. Personale cordiale. Colazione a buffet ricca e varia. Spazio per le bici un po' piccolo situato in un corridoio poco protetto. Consigliato per brevi soggiorni.

Achtung, dieses Hotel ist auf Portalen normal buchbar, obwohl es wegen Winterpause geschlossen hat. Man wird dann automatisch auf das Schwesterhotel am Bahnhof in Friedrichhafen umgebucht. Allerdings bekommen nicht alle eine entsprechende E-Mail, weil dann viele wie ich sofort stornieren würden; man sucht sich ein Hotel nach seinen Bedürfnissen aus, und das alte Innenstadthotel hat ein ganz anderes Profil. Stand in strömendem Regen vor dem geschlossenen Hotel und musste mich dann durchfragen. War zu spät, um was anderes zu suchen. Die Zimmerrate hat man trotz anderem Standard natürlich auch nicht geändert. Rate im Winter dringend von Buchung ab.
