You can reach the shore of Lake Constance in 10 minutes on a pedestrian path along the river (Rotach). The shops for daily needs as well as a bakery that is also open on Sundays are in the immediate vicinity (2 minutes on foot). Furnishing:The apartment is in a newly built house in the basement. The large windows and underfloor heating make the apartment very bright and warm. The apartment has a living area of 43 square meters and is completely and functionally furnished.There is a living room with a double bed and a fitted kitchen. As well as a bathroom with shower and separate toilet + bide. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and a baby. (Baby cot and high chair available for a fee on request.) The apartment is completely furnished with new furniture. The fitted kitchen has a stove with ceramic hob and an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a pad coffee machine (Philips Senseo) and a toaster.
