Heritage house with new wing in modern luxury design. Great food and wonderful staff especially at the reception.
Would definitely return if I stayed at Freudenstadt again.

Naja, eigentlich erst einmal alles gut. Aber man muss es schon auch etwas düster mögen, zumindest an verregneten Januartagen. Lobby abends Licht arg gedimmt, dito Ruheraum Spa. Dort auch nicht wirklich ruhig, um z.B. was zu lesen. Das geht dafür in den super ausgestattenen Zimmern (Neubauteil, Altbau kenne ich nicht) Leider Kommunikationsprobleme bzgl Spa-Termine, die wohl bis zum Anreisetag noch zeitlich verlegt werden (obwohl Termin bestätigt und wir Anreise und Programm Folgetage extra darauf ausgerichtet hatten) Essen sehr ordentlich, Abfolge teils zu schnell ohne Rückfrage. Insgesamt alles in allem nette Tage dann doch dort gehabt (man muss flexible bleiben)

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war hervorragend, das Hotel hat ein tolles Design und man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Leider wirkte es einfach sehr voll. Im Wellnessbereich war es am Samstag Nachmittag nicht möglich eine Liege zu bekommen, beim Frühstücksbuffet war mehr Kantinenflair, so voll war der Raum teilweise - das ist einfach schade bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklassen. Abgesehen davon, wirklich ein tolles Hotel und eine absolute Weiterempfehlung - Kapazitätsmanagement wäre der einzige Verbesserungspunkt.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal hier und fanden fast alles prima. Ein Minus bekommt diesmal das Abendessen, es war leider nicht auf dem erwarteten Niveau: teilweise lauwarm, Muschelpott bestand fast nur aus Schalen. Unser Zimmer hat vom Dach her laute Dröhn- und Scharrgeräusche gemacht, die Nacht hindurch immer wieder. Vermutlich von der Heizungsanlage - bitte prüfen!
