Amazing garden with trees. Breakfast is simple, parking is free. No deposit needed. We were waiting 10 mins to get check in, because receptionist was somewhere else . But our room got promoted to suite. Very nice stay . I recommend.

Very nice hotel in Fresno. We are very satisfied with the clean room and the garden is very nice too. Breakfast is also delicious with different different fruits variety. Fast food restaurant on walking distance!

Had a good nights sleep. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was very good. I will stay here again. A tremendous value for the quality. I’m going to recommend this hotel to my friends!!! You will not be disappointed!!! The other guests I met felt the same way too!!!

Ho trascorso una sola notte in questo hotel, come tappa verso San Francisco.la location è molto carina, immersa nel verde degli alberi da frutto. Il parcheggio auto interno è comodissimo. C'è una bella piscina con una parte anche riscaldata. La mia stanza era molto ampia. Scrivo la recensione anche e soprattutto per ringraziare il proprietario, per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità, poiché ci ha aiutato a risolvere un problema improvviso con la nostra auto a noleggio. Ci ha dedicato molto tempo provando a fare tante telefonate all'agenzia di autonoleggio. Grazie amico, se torneremo in zona, sicuramente passeremo a trovarti. Un saluto dall'Italia.

I give this place a ZERO!!!!! Checked in and went to our room and first thing was the absolute FILTHY carpet and the weird smell. But the worst part was seeing the cockroaches!!!! Walked out and back to the office said we weren’t staying and left!!!!

Quite possibly one of the worst places I've ever stayed. Their two bedroom suite consists of two bedrooms and a common space (they say kitchen, but there are literally no supplies in any cabinets). Window in our bedroom cannot be opened, and the bathroom door sticks. TV doesn't work, remotes are out of batteries (none available at the front desk either), air conditioning doesn't work and they won't come to fix the issue. Laundry room has a broken drier. Breakfast consists of frozen turkey sausage dumped into a warmer, some toast/bagels, lukewarm coffee. Window in our bedroom cannot be opened. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.

Shower was making a loud, high pitched noise. The desk clerk changed my room with no hassle. Room was tucked away, private, and quiet. I would definitely stay here again

There was no heater or AC services. It took about 25 minutes to check in. The area around the property looked sketchy. the front door latch was broken. I paid for a double suite, but wasn't allowed to access the second suite. My keycard didnt work, so i was unsure if it would be rented out to someone else and it had access to my kitchen. The bathroom was older and the place felt more like a motel 6.
