The front desk service attitude is OK. Although I waited for a while when checking in, the overall process was smooth.
The room is of moderate size, with all basic facilities and the bed is quite comfortable. However, the decoration is a bit old, some details can be improved, the air conditioner is a bit loud, and the lighting is a bit dim.

Not sure about their pillows I always bring my own. Bed was somewhat no very uncomfortable. It was quite at night. They barbecue grills around I did ask if they were for everyone’s use just the one staying long term.

The pillows were perfect! Didn’t need any extra ones. When I asked for help the staff was more than happy to help. Could of used a mini continental breakfast bar but it was fine just the way it was

Get what ya pay for....sometimes. I messed up and originally booked through a 3rd party site. Was a nightmare. Realized later I was a Wyndham member on line. Ended up staying 2 more nights. I will probably getting a room for long term stays for work.

The place was disgusting, was exhausted and booked it at 11:45pm after driving for 6 hours. Slept in our clothes, didn’t shower, said breakfast was included. There was no breakfast. Staff was rude, carpet had burn marks everywhere. Overall should be closed down. Blood in the wall in the bathroom. Do not rent this place. Wish we drove 30 more minutes to Toledo.
