The overall setup of the hotel is very cozy and charming. However, we experienced a few issues during our stay. The check-in instructions provided via email differed from the ones sent by text message, which caused some confusion upon arrival. We stayed in the Amish Loft, which is advertised to accommodate six people. While the space was pleasant, we had to use the pull-out sofa bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was thin, and the bar running across it made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I experienced back pain as a result. When I brought this up to the front desk on the first day, the gentleman informed me there was nothing he could do, which was disappointing. Another concern was the breakfast. It was very limited and frequently ran out due to the small seating area and the number of guests. We often found ourselves either waiting or having to skip breakfast altogether. Despite these issues, the hotel has potential with its cozy atmosphere. With improvements to guest communication, sleeping accommodations, and breakfast availability, the experience could be much better.

We stayed in the Willow cabin and had a wonderful stay. The cabin is adorable with well thought out features that give it that comfortable homey feeling. Fully stocked kitchen gives you the ability to cook your own meals. The continental breakfast was good. We loved the waffles. We did not have the opportunity to try the pizza but heard that it was delicious. We used the laundry facilities and was thankful they had laundry soap and fabric softener in the vending machine for purchase. The easy to use AC/heat unit allowed us to set the temperature just to our liking. The office has book and games you can borrow and return when finished. There are fresh plants and flowers being planted to also give it a welcoming feeling. It’s about 30 minutes from the west Yellowstone entrance. I would stay again and I would recommend that you give them a try.

The cabins themselves are nice (except for the fact that the smoke detector was not installed when we checked in, and there are no blackout curtains so you will wake up at 5 am if you didn't bring an eye mask), but the service has been absolutely unacceptable. Without any prior notice or conversation, I discovered a $50 charge on my credit card—apparently for allegedly replacing their hair dryer with a broken one. No one reached out to clarify or even inform me; I only found out by checking my statement. I texted them to resolve the issue—no reply. I called and was told a manager would follow up by the end of the day. That never happened. I called again, only to be told that a different manager would now need to get back to me. This has been the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I travel frequently, and I’ve never before been effectively accused of stealing first, and then lying about it. Completely unacceptable. Stay away!

Excellent cabina, quiet and clean and with everything you need, but there are not many food options nearby.
