Room 1 at the Inn
The room was very cold when we arrived(57) degrees when it was 15 degrees outside. The baseboard heat wasnt great so a portable heater/ ac adjusted for heat. Plus, there was a clicking sound that lasted about 10 seconds every 15 minutes. Was told it was water going through pipes. We slept ok but still very annoying. You had to drive to the fitness room and the game room. Wouldnt recommend this in the winter time.

We went for the New Year’s Eve event they did. The prices were very good. Every place on grounds was very clean. The room was large with a balcony. It felt very clean in the room. The staff were very nice and attentive. My husband and I really enjoyed our night and will def go back. We can’t wait to see what else the club has to offer! It rang in a great 2025. Thank you to all the staff and for working that night! You all did a great job!

The rooms are brand-new and stylishly decorated. The staff was super helpful and made sure I was taken care of when I couldn’t find transportation to Roscoe. Thanks Bob and Jim. Absolutely recommend a stay at the Mountain Inn.

The walls of the hotel rooms are paper thin and we could hear absolutely everything in the room beside ours. Our Keurig coffee machine was not working and leaking. There was only one large bath towel per person for a stay of two nights.
The menu for the restaurant has only 4 entrées and the trout was not available. That is short for a stay of two days. The lounge room has games but is not heated and it is freezing. The roads on property grounds are not salted and as a result it is dangerous walking, including on the parking in front of the rooms. The outdoor ice skating rink is small but great.
The personal tries to do their best but you feel they do not really care about costumer feedback.

Had an amazing time ice skating in thr rink. They had fire pits & you could buy beer at the rink. We played ping pong & fooseball in thr game barn. We enjoyed a delish dinner & celebrated new years 2025!!!! The staff was very friendly, the rooms were newly remodeled & trendy! We would definitely return.

We’ve stayed just for one night (unfortunately). We very much enjoyed our time there. The room was spotless, the mattress was very comfortable, the view is very nice. Area is very quiet, and it feels tidy. There are a lot of parks nearby, and we also found a very cool lama’s farm. We will definitely come back and next time for more than one night.

The Inn was very average for the price they charge. I travel full time for work and I could get a super nice room at a 4 star hotel for the price they're charging. Restaurant on site was good and staff was friendly.
