I actually didn't get to stay in the hotel because I was nowhere near it and I accidentally booked it tried to swap to the other hotel that I meant to book it for was told no you guys kept my money and I got absolutely nothing from it and you guys gained a homeless man's money good job you guys are fantastic people it's a very fantastic business and I hope you'll arrive in hell

The location was perfect for us. The check in was easy and the motel was very quiet.
No breakfast but there was hot coffee in the morning.
There was a diner next door that gave motel patrons a 15% discount.
They did not have a city map of Fremont that I could use.

Trip.com lied about the amenities and we ended up staying in a hotel that was otherwise subpar. Would not stay there again unless the pool reopens and the rates don't increase.

Rip off - they will keep charging your card after your gone!! Have several employees that this manager has ripped them clean of their bank account. Then laughs at these poor kids over draft charges !! Not just one but 3 employees 3 different rooms!! Charges for the next week 2 hours before check out time- without a phone call. Not even knowing if we have left the room or not!! Scam artist at its finest!! Oh and ypu wont get the money back!! Was on the phone trying to pay for rooms - and at the same time my guys are saying they are charging me right now!! Karma is all I got to say!! Worst management ever!!

I wasn't expecting much after reading mixed reviews, but so glad I opted to check it out before paying another $50 to stay at a more high end hotel in town. Karen at the front desk was welcoming & cheerfully let me see my room beforehand. We were under heat advisory so I appreciated that the room was already cooled down. Automatic front doors made bringing in luggage so much easier than trying to hold door open while wrangling luggage. Standard double, my room was very clean. Fridge w/freezer & microwave. Free wifi w/ample signal strength. Slept well on comfortable beds with bright white sheets. Generous supply of towels, also bright white. TV kept losing reception but that could have been weather related and was restored after a few minutes. Although I didn't partake, 15% discount offered at little diner out front. If all you want is a clean place to take a shower & get some rest, this is entirely adequate. Nothing fancy but a great value!
