Check-out time is 10am, which is too early, but you can discuss with the front desk to check out a little later. The staff are very friendly and responsive. You need to swipe your card to enter the elevator and the door! It feels very safe. The hygiene is OK. Some old stains can't be washed off, but you can see that they have been washed, so it's clean. There is a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen. It is very close to the b shed pier, which is convenient!

The location is quite convenient. You can choose here when going to Rottnest Mouse Island. Parking nearby is charged. If you want to park for a whole day, you can go to the parking lot next to the pier🅿️

Location was great and service was also good. However, the room we got was very close to the lift and car roads and it was very noisy during the night. We were unable to sleep on the first night as we could hear guests talking outside the room at around 3am to 5am. Thankfully the hotel was able to change the room for us.
