Hôtel sans plus , chambre vieillotte. La climatisation date des années 90 et ne rafraîchit presque pas, malgré la présence d’une piscine et d’une terrasse. L’hôtel aurait vraiment besoin de rénovations. Le petit déjeuner est décevant : très peu de choix et pas très bon. Nous l’avons choisi uniquement pour sa proximité, c’est le seul véritable avantage. Dommage pour un hôtel 2 étoiles.

I was a bit hesitant when booking the hotel, as I noticed it didn’t have a high rating on Booking. However, I chose it anyway because of its proximity to the beach—and I ended up being positively surprised in every way. I loved the peaceful atmosphere, my daughters absolutely enjoyed the pool, and the location near the beach is definitely a standout feature. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

La chambre qui m’a été attribuée était dans un état très insatisfaisant : elle était sale, mal entretenue, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement, et le niveau de bruit était extrêmement élevé, rendant le repos impossible. De plus, le lit était inconfortable, ce qui a encore aggravé la situation. Nous avons très mal dormi durant tout le séjour. J’ai signalé ces problèmes à la réception dès que possible, mais la seule réponse que j’ai reçue a été vague : “on va remonter l’information”. Aucune action concrète n’a été prise pour améliorer la situation.

Arrivé dans la chambre d’hôtel, une chaleur incroyable, étouffante, impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre car le soleil cogne dessus. Une fois m’être rapproché de la responsable qui me propose un changement de chambre, puis reviens une demi-heure après pour me laisser exactement dans la même chambre. Qui est de plus sale avec des bouts de gâteau, énormément de poussière sous les lits Crasse sur le pommeau de douche. Seul solution proposé par la responsable me remboursée et trouver une chambre d’hôtel au dernier moment, je ne recommence à personne expérience horrible.
