Just checked out, this hotel is nice, the location is great, I felt it was lacking a lot when I first walked in, but after communicating with the front desk staff, everything was met. Although there are not many types of breakfast, it is very exquisite and comes with wine!

El hotel está estratégicamente ubicado, a pasos de la estación central de trenes y del casco histórico de Friburgo, bien conectado a través de distintos medios de transporte y con una buena oferta comercial en la zona. Con una decoración moderna que remite a la literatura y a la actividad vitivinícola de la región, el lobby y los pasillos resultan pintorescos. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y luminosa. Contaba con TV, wifi, caja de seguridad y frigobar. Algunos detalles merecerían la atención del hotel, como la necesidad de renovar las toallas, desgastadas y ásperas, y de reemplazar las llaves físicas (a entregar en recepción cada vez que se dejaba el hotel), pero en general brinda una estancia muy agradable y un servicio impecable. El desayuno era bastante completo y se servía en un elegante y luminoso salón en la planta baja. La atención del personal fue sumamente cordial, tanto en la recepción como en el salón de desayuno. Un detalle adicional: el hotel proveía tickets de transporte público gratuitos para desplazarse en la ciudad. Una experiencia muy positiva y un hotel sin duda muy recomendable.

A beautiful building close to the main railway station and a short walk from the main shopping area and the Old Town. A warm welcome from the 24 hour reception, lift to the upper floors, all spotlessly clean. Our room was so nice with a small balcony overlooking an interesting park. The bed was very comfortable, shower excellent. Breakfast was good, excellent buffet selection. This will be our "home from home" for our annual visits to Freiburg. Freiburg is such a beautiful, interesting city, the comprehensive tram system means the centre of the city is basically car free. The main square around the stunning cathedral hosts a large market 6 days a week. Freiburg has a large number of excellent restaurants. One of our favourite places for a great holiday.

I stayed one night in this hotel. Besides the perfect location in a walking distance from the city centre and just a few steps from the theatre which I was visiting I appreciated very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and the fact that it was warm. The room was very tiny but for one night good enough. Breakfast satisfactory. I am sure I will use this hotel on my next overnight trip to Freiburg.

Personale gentile, attenzione al Cliente massima (ci hanno anche offerto dolcetti e acqua per il viaggio di ritorno). Peccato per l'arredamento estremamente vetusto dell'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato, altrimenti 4 stelle erano garantite

Eine wirklich gute Adresse; wir waren sehr zufrieden. Sauber, aufmerksames Personal, alle sehr freundlich, gutes Frühstück und gute Lage. Nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Münster. Das Hotel hat eine Tiefgarage, auch nicht schlecht. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und hat für fünf Personen Platz geboten. Das Personal war darüber hinaus durchweg überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Freiburg.

In bester Citylage liegt das Hotel mit Tiefgarage (17€). Das Zimmer roch leider beim Betreten leicht nach Rauch. Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten. Auschecken mit fertiger Rechnung klappte sehr gut. Für die Fahrt gab es netterweise noch eine Flasche Wasser vom Haus.
