酒店就在Freiburg火車站附近，步行可達。走出酒店，10分鐘到達中心城區，大教堂和其他景點也觸手可及。酒店服務人員態度非常好，很樂意幫助人。

The triple room we stayed in was very big and well-equipped. The hotel service was excellent, the staff were very nice, and they gave each of us a bottle of water when we checked out. We drove a car and parked at the door of the hotel and checked in. We were fined within 5 minutes. I told the hotel staff and they tried to help me cancel the ticket. After a period of effort, the application was finally successful, and they sent me an email. I really don't know how to thank them for such service. I will stay in this hotel again next time I have the chance. It's great in every aspect!

Nice hotel with everything you need for a short trip. Coffee and tea were free. Unfortunately, the lady from the weekend was rude and made it difficult for us to check in. We would have preferred to cancel the accommodation immediately, which was not possible. However, all other employees were courteous and helpful and we were still able to enjoy our stay.

歴史あるこのホテルが、ベストウエスタンホテルグループに入っていても変わらないで いてほしい。 ベストウエスタンホテルグループはイタリアミラノでも宿泊した。 けれどこのホテルビクトリアは、もともと歴史あるホテル。そのため 部屋の質、全てが良い。 立地条件も最高。駅から遠くないところで、とても便利。 朝食しか経験していないが、どこにでもある種類と量で文句なし。 とにかく、一度宿泊して欲しい。静かな夜を過ごせる。 もしできるならば、このホテルの歴史観をもっと感じられると良い。
